TEi-Struthers Wells heaters come in all sizes, from completely packaged horizontal heater skids to large field-erected cabin heaters... and everything in between. We work with the customer to minimize the total installed cost.
Here are a few ways we put together larger heaters to assure smooth project execution at the plant site.
Case 1: Test-fitting Components on a Vertical Thermal Fluid Heater Before Shipment
Vertical radiant-convective heater is test-assembled at the shop before shipping. After successful fit-up of all components, the bolt-on parts are packaged separately for shipment to site.

Case 2: Modular Design of an Acetic Acid Pyrolysis (Ketene) Furnace for Rapid Field Assembly

Alloy radiant coil positioned for installation into lower radiant module of ketene furnace.

Fully assembled lower module with radiant coil installed.

Prefabricated upper radiant-convective module before installing onto lower radiant module.
